If something’s not right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We’ll sort this as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
